Getting Started – What To Do First
The first thing to do is decide how you want to use
these products.
At a basic level you can simply order online and
have them delivered to your door, you can do this right now from our
sister site by clicking here. You can also on sell these products,
use them in your health/ beauty practice or as a fund raiser for
your group or organisation. Please contact

Becoming a representative with ONE Group and our team is
about choosing to build an ethical and flexible home
business. Spend as little as five hours a week to build
up a significant income over time! Contact us to
discuss this in detail, but the following outline should give
you a sense of what to expect:
1. JOIN AS A REPRESENTATIVE
This can be done from
our sister site (though we recommend that you discuss options
with us first). The cost of becoming a representative is US$60.00 (AU$88 including gst)
which is made up of an Administration Fee and the cost of your self-replicating
websites, your Basic Training and a donation to support the work
of the David Suzuki Foundation.

2. ORDER YOUR PRODUCT
Our suggestion would be to get off to a FAST START by
placing an initial order of at least "250 PV" (you choose
the products). You may also commit to either Autoship or Business
Protection, which is a commitment to a monthly order. By starting this way, you receive a 20% to 30% discount
off the retail price of the products and you are promoted to the second rank – Senior Associate immediately.
You also have sufficient product to use and demonstrate.
3. COMPLETE BASIC TRAINING
When you get in contact with us you will be contacted
within 48 hours (usually much sooner) to give you information about your Basic
Training. Initial training takes about 2 hours and
is conducted over the telephone in the comfort of your own home.
It is designed to get you off to a Fast Start so you can maximise
the strengths of this flexible business model. By the end of this first session you should have a plan that is both appropriate and sustainable for your situation. On going support, coaching
and advice will continue after this point. We work with you and support you to reach your the goals that you set yourself.
4. DUPLICATE
Once you have joined, have ordered your products and done your Basic Training,
you need to start growing your Organic Business. You’re
in business, and the very first thing to do is create a cash flow,
initially to recoup your outlay, secondly to cover your ongoing
monthly expenses and thirdly to build residual income. There
are many strategies to do this and
part of our training is to help you choose which strategies would
most likely work for you.
You can go at your own pace in your own style... its your business,
so we will support you to build it in a way that is appropriate
and sustainable to you. That said, here is an example of how your
first two months might go...
MONTH 1
You receive 25% of the BV of the orders (within 30 days of their
joining) of the people you sponsor. If you sponsor three new
Representatives, who also start with a Fast Start order of 250
PV or more, within your first 30 days with ONE Group you not
only receive the Fast Start bonuses (approx US$60 total) on those
orders, but you are promoted to Manager. If you sponsor those
three new Representatives in the same calendar month you receive
a share of the BUILDER’S POOL, which is made up of 10%
of worldwide Fast Start BV. A share of the October 2004 Pool
alone was worth US$406. Sponsor six new Representatives and receive
two shares in the Pool. (please note: you access the builder's
pool any calendar month you sponsor three representatives on
Fast Start, not just your first month.)
MONTH 2
Approximately 30 days after joining, your first Autoship or
Business Protection is due if you committed to it, creating another
outlay of 50 PV (approx $75). However, as a Manager, you will
receive Retirement Bonuses of 8% of the BV of the Autoship or
Business Protection orders of the three Representatives you sponsored
the previous month. If all three were on Autoship or Business
Protection, you will also receive a share of the Loyalty Pool,
which was US$73 in October 2004. With the aid of your Sponsor,
the next step is to help the Representatives you sponsor to duplicate
what you have done. If you can do that, while sponsoring a new
person each month yourself, you will be amazed how quickly your
business will grow.
Remember:
- Any calendar month you sponsor just 3 new Representatives
who order 250 PV or more, you will receive a share of the Builder’s
Pool.
- Each month, you will also receive 1 share of the Loyalty
Pool for each 3 people you have personally sponsored who are
on Autoship or Business Protection.
